If you have been to downtown Asheville, you have probably seen Strada Italiano, featuring local Chef Anthony Cerrato. Here is a 2013 video that was recently taken at the restaurant and takes you through a great plate of Italian Cuisine and Fusion being made. So delicious, a must try whether you live in the Asheville area or if you are visiting this incredible foodie community.
