Knoxville, TN – The Biltmore Property Group, LLC (BPG) which is based in Asheville North Carolina recently announced 2 new fine acquisitions to add to their real estate portfolio. The Shops at Western Plaza which features the Fresh Market, CVS, Jos. A. Bank, Tuesday Morning and many others.

These local real estate investors also purchased a property called Melrose Place, an upscale shopping center in Knoxville. Talbots, M.S. McClellan, and Sherwin Williams Decorating Center all occupy part of this space.
