BARNARDSVILLE, N.C. – NAVITAT CANOPY ADVENTURES, a world-class zip line canopy tour near Asheville, has just announced weekend-only tours for winter 2010-11.
Beginning Dec. 4, tours will run on Saturdays and Sundays through the end of February. Tours depart from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on those days. NAVITAT will be closed on Christmas and New Year’s weekends.
“The beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains during the wintertime is undeniable, and zipping through a secluded mountain cove on a crisp or snowy day is sure to be memorable,” said Abby Burt, Branding & Marketing Leader at NAVITAT.
“We’ve had so many guests ask us if we’ll be open for winter, so we're excited to be able to do that and welcome folks out to Moody Cove. Bundle up, because it's going to be a blast!"
Daily tours resume at NAVITAT on April 1.
